How should I prepare my DNA/RNA samples?
DNA concentration must be at least 100 ng/μl with a volume of at least 100 μl. Send the samples dry or chilled to preserve quality during transport. Download the sample submission form, fill it in and email it to anut.su@ku.th

Please notify us by email after sending.
How long until I get the results?
About 45 working days after the samples are received and pass QC. Results are sent to the email address given on the form.
How do I pay?
Pay after your samples pass quality control (QC), by transfer to the Kasetsart University account stated on the invoice. An official receipt is issued after payment.
Which technologies are supported?
We offer all four platforms: Illumina (short-read, high accuracy), MGI (short-read, cost-effective), Oxford Nanopore (ultra long-read, real-time) and PacBio (SMRT long-read, high accuracy). Our team will recommend the technology best suited to your research question.
