Rice Science Center, KU, Welcomes the President and Delegation of Southwest Forestry University, People's Republic of China, on a Study Visit to Strengthen Academic Cooperation
On 25 July 2026, the Rice Science Center, Kasetsart University, Kamphaeng Saen Campus, welcomed Professor Li Jun, President, together with a senior delegation of 16 from Southwest Forestry University, People's Republic of China, who came to study and visit the Rice Science Center's laboratories and research. Prof. Dr. Apichart Vanavichit and Dr. Anuchat Sawasdee joined in welcoming them and lecturing on the center's research.
This study visit is part of activities under the international conference The 2nd Symposium between Kasetsart University and Southwest Forestry University on Science, Technology and Innovation for Young Agricultural and Forestry Scientists, held on 23–25 July 2026, with the main aims of exchanging academic knowledge and agricultural and forestry research and innovation, and developing an academic cooperation network.
