- Manage and oversee the environment-controlled greenhouse
- Plan and oversee crop cultivation, cutting propagation and harvesting in environment-controlled greenhouses
- Soil preparation, earthworm rearing, and growing crops by organic farming
- Carry out assigned work
Applicant qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in organic crop growing and large-scale nurseries
- Knowledge of plant diseases and pests, and solving them with organic farming
- Basic IT knowledge
- Able to work overtime and travel off-site
