From the project Innovative Exercise combined with Personalized Diet Therapy for Non-communicable disease in Aging Population,
18 menus were selected for cooking, with chefs adding cooking techniques to make them delicious and reducing the amount of seasoning. They fall into 3 food groups, as follows:
Group 1: Appetizers
- Fried featherback fish cakes (thod man pla krai) - Thai papaya salad (som tam) - Garlic-pepper fried pork - Fresh shrimp lemongrass salad
Group 2: One-dish meals
- Pad Thai - Stewed fish maw soup with crab - Herb-baked chicken with vegetable salad - Five-color stir-fried Riceberry rice
Group 3: Side dishes
- Steamed egg with toppings - Tom yum goong - Sour curry with sea bass and mixed vegetables - Chicken basil stir-fry - Fried fish with pineapple sauce - Pork panang curry - Crab and cha-plu leaf kua curry - Mixed vegetable gaeng liang - Crispy fried fish stir-fried with chili paste - Stir-fried five vegetables with shrimp
