TIPS ON HOW TO COOK REDBERRY RICE

  1. Rinse the Rice Rinse the red rice berry 1–2 times to clean it and reduce cloudiness in the water. Avoid over-rinsing, as it may remove nutrients.

  2. Add Water

    • Use a water-to-rice ratio of 1:1.4 (1 part rice to 1.4 parts water). Measure the water level from the surface of the rice in the pot.

  3. Cook the Rice Press the “Cook” button on your rice cooker.

  5. For Softer Rice

    • Add an extra half cup of water to the pot and press the “Cook” button again.

  6. Ready to Serve Use a rice paddle to gently fluff the rice to prevent clumping. Serve with your favorite dishes.
