Redberry Rice

· 2 min read ·

Redberry Rice Redberry (M.2 9689) It belongs to the group of shaded-color rice, a short, high-yielding rice that originated from a mutation of Hom Nin non-glutinous rice in which the grain color changed from purple to brick red. It can be grown all year round, and the cooked rice is brick red

Redberry has high nutritional value, the highest total dietary fiber, with the most water-soluble and insoluble fiber of any whole-grain rice product.
